Diverse problems in Delphi 6 fixed.

AV's during closing of tables fixed.

OnActivate/DeActivate/Hide events for included forms are generated now.

TLMDScrollText
Alignment problem fixed.

TLMDScrollBar (and components which include this object)
GetChange of ScrollBarObject will now be called with self instead of nil (thus changes at designtime are correctly displayed).

TLMDSendKeys
Problem with AppActivate under Win9X and Win2K fixed.

TLMDShellTree + TLMDShellFolder
Problem with folders and clicking on '+' sign fixed.

TLMDMaskEdit
Problem with date entering (months and days > 9) fixed.
Problem concerning settings like Decimals 3, MaxLength 3 fixed (which is logically not consistent, though).
Small bug converning currency editing and delete + back chars fixed.
